Natalie Desaulniers and Ed Ross have been living aboard full-time, in the Caribbean since 1994.  They have sailed tens of thousands of miles together and enjoy sharing their love of the water and islands with others.  Originally from Montreal, both sold their retail businesses to live slow in paradise.  Ed was the owner of one of that city's largest sports centers and Natalie owned a successful lady's clothing boutique.  They both speak English, French and Spanish.

Your captain, Ed, has completely rebuilt Safari from the keel on up for comfortable living aboard.  He has extensive boat-building as well as sailing experience acquired during the ownership of 3 sailboats over 40' in length.

Your chef and first mate, Natalie has always had a passion for creating great healthy food.  She enjoys preparing simple to extravagant meals to suit any taste.  Special needs or requests, such as vegetarian or low-fat dishes are easily accommodated.  In addition to her culinary talents, Natalie is a professional artist who sells her paintings and jewelery throughout the Caribbean. She has decorated Safari's interior with many of her creations as well as designing it's layout.  She's also available for complementary haircuts on the beach, if you dare...

Both captain and chef are avid water-sports enthusiasts. They are certified divers and dedicated windsurfers who look forward to helping their guests enjoy a variety of activities including teaching basic to advanced sailing/cruising skills, free-diving and board sports.

Bambi & Bungee are both coconut retrievers.  Bambi is from St-Thomas and Bungee is from Venezuela.  Bungee doesn't  just retrieve coconuts, she's happy fetching (not necessarily returning) a variety of objects.  Careful where you leave that gold Rolex...

The dogs are normally off the boat for all charters,
unless you feel the need for wet kisses in the morning.

Anyone with dog allergies beware.
