Food Preferences

Please take a look at the "Sample Menu" in Dining and make a few notes as to your preferences. This will allow your chef to accommodate your tastes. If you would like dishes that are not listed on the menu, let us know in the space below. Kindly be thorough with your dislikes, as all food is purchased before the start of the charter. While all meals are included in the charter price, unusual special requests, such as super-premium caviar will be extra.

Beverage Preferences

Please take a look at the "Wines & Spirits" list in Dining and make a few notes as to what you prefer to drink. Our Bar is stocked with at least one full bottle of each spirit. Let us know if you need more or prefer another brand. Wines are purchased for each charter and selected to compliment your menu. If you have any favorites, let us know and we will do our best to find them. All drinks are included. Ultra-premium wines & spirits as well as vintage Champagnes are available at extra cost. Our wine cellar is stocked on the basis of 2 to 3 bottles per day, larger quantities are extra.

Safari will provide coffee, tea, soft drinks, juices, tonics and spring waters. Please indicate your preferences and approximate quantities. Don't worry about forgetting something, we always carry a supply of the most popular brands. And, since we make our own water that is far beyond EPA quality standards, there is no concern about "Jungle Tummy" while on board.
